I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The common area on the ground floor was beautifully decorated and had something for everyone. There was a play zone for kids and a foosball table, while adults could enjoy the all-day coffee corner. I loved the attention to detail, like the rainbow-colored cutlery for kids. The room I stayed in was a triple room and it was comfortable and well-equipped with a kettle and mini refrigerator. I also appreciated the duplex layout with an additional single bed and air conditioning on the raised floor.
Everything was great at this hotel.

The hotel was ideally located close to many popular tourist spots and the bus stop. It was very convenient to explore this city from this hotel. Also, the hotel seemed very conscious about the environment, which I appreciated. The refillable bottles provided in the rooms were a nice touch. The staff were also very prompt in replying to my queries, which was helpful.
Nothing to dislike.

Loved staying at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. the location was perfect as it was close to the main hub and was easily accessible. the room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the indoor flip flops and complimentary biscuits. the free hot drinks were also a nice touch.
The soundproofing was quite bad as we could hear our neighbors talking crystal clear after 11pm, which was a bit of a downside. it would have been better if breakfast was included in the package.

It was within walking distance of all the attractions, yet still quiet enough to sleep soundly. the room was clean and comfortable with modern facilities, and the friendly staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with daily menu changes.
A nearby club could be noisy at night, disturbing my sleep.

I had the best stay yet in Penang at this hotel! the room was incredibly spacious and clean, with elegant decor that made me feel right at home. I also loved that they are environmentally friendly. The staff went above and beyond by upgrading our room to one with a balcony, which was perfect for our group of smokers. Another great aspect was the complimentary breakfast and 24-hour snack availability, ensuring we were never hungry. And the best part? Free water! great value for money, especially considering the location. We were close to all the main attractions and the bustling main area of Georgetown, making it easy to explore and enjoy all the amazing local food options.
All was perfect, no improvements needed.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean facilities make for an enjoyable city trip. Convenient parking is a plus, and the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch. We appreciated the effort the staff made to accommodate our needs, even offering to cook breakfast early. The ambiance of the old-style building created a cozy atmosphere, and there were plenty of amenities, such as water, coffee, and tea readily available.
The towels could have been cleaner, and the sand on the bed was a bit off-putting. While the loft bed was a fun feature, the steep stairs may not be suitable for everyone.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail is noticeable, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is not perfect, but good enough for such satisfying service. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the old town, but with Grab, it's just 5 minutes away. Additionally, there are plenty of restaurants, hawkers, convenient stores, and pharmacies within a 5 to 15-minute walk from the hotel. It is also well-connected with transportation and within walking distance to main temples and special sites of the city.
All was satisfactory.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming boutique hotel in Georgetown. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for couples or families. The hotel was conveniently located in an authentic neighborhood, well-connected to transportation and within walking distance of the city's main temples and special sites. There were also excellent local food courts nearby. The friendly and helpful staff made my experience even better. I loved the pretty room, and the kids' space and book corner were a nice touch. I especially appreciated the refillable water bottles, which helped reduce plastic waste. The hotel truly cares about the planet's well-being. The bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, and the balcony suite had a unique and cozy feel. The suite was spacious and had two floors, with a king bed on each level and lovely stained glass windows. The AC worked well, which was important in the hot climate. The lobby was cute and had fun amenities like antique cars and a play area for kids. The manager, Yunice, was kind and accommodating. Despite a few minor drawbacks like limited free parking and the need to climb stairs to reach the rooms, I had a great stay overall. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
